Kushagra runs a law practice based out of New Delhi. On the disputes/litigation side he represents clients before different tribunals, the District Courts across Delhi, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

On the Corporate and advisory side, he offers legal and pre-litigation advice on financial (including SEBI and RBI) regulations, white collar crimes & defense, and privacy & data protection; and helps startups and established companies navigate complex legal landscapes.

Kushagra has advised and represented clients in matters involving significant commercial, regulatory, and constitutional issues.
